Spawning wood, shiitake mushroom logs, domestic oak, 3-year-old, 24 pieces

These logs were collected during a cleanup and have been well-inoculated with shiitake mushroom mycelium.
They were dried over the winter and are firm enough that your fingernail can make an indentation. Many stag beetles were found on surrounding logs from the same area.

We do not use spawn that comes with styrofoam.

Before shipping, we will sun-dry and heat-treat the logs.
They will be packed into a cardboard box measuring approximately 28-38-30cm (length x width x height).
The box will contain about 24 logs, each with a diameter of roughly 8-10cm and a length of about 15cm.
As we will be working on a sunny weekend, please allow some extra time for shipping.

Although firm, they are fully mature, so some wood dust may crumble off or the bark may peel when touched.
Please understand that some bark may have come off during the sawing process.
