The panel tightening part uses a gear-type angle adjustment mechanism.
This is a lightweight, foldable model made of aluminum.
It's a classic music stand with adjustable height, making it easy to use for home practice, studios, and for carrying around.

There are minor scratches and scuffs from use,
but both the movable and fixed parts are in good working order and should not interfere with normal use.

⚠︎ The original box, YAMAHA genuine soft case, and instruction manual are lost and not included.
A net-searched and printed instruction manual (for MS-303 series) will be included.
This MS-250ALS is based on the MS-303AL model, so the operation should be similar.
YAMAHA's website also seems to have a video showing how to assemble the music stand.
